Born into a musical family, Kim has been singing as long as she could talk and has been on a stage since the age of 8. After high school, Kim was given a full ride scholarship to Weber State University. She has been performing professionally in Musical Theater and Operatic venues for over 20 years. Her own private vocal training has been most influenced by Jennifer Welch-Babidge and Thomas Harper. Kim continues to perform across the U.S. Kim began teaching in 2006 and has since built a full-time studio. Her students are some of the best performers in modern music and experts in many parts of the entertainment industry. Kim regularly mentors aspiring artists through the practical and mental challenges encountered while pursuing a career in the arts. Although you'd think her students winning Grammy's would be the highlight, she considers her ability to teach anyone to sing and truly enjoy it her greatest professional accomplishment. Kim resides in Ogden, UT with her two kids.
